AAI Celebrates Three Years of Action and Impact
All Athletes Inc. (AAI) celebrates its third anniversary, marking another year of growth in student-athlete development, athlete advocacy, community engagement and sustainable support for sport in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
From August 2025 to August 2026, AAI expanded its work across several areas, supporting collegiate pathways, creating platforms for athlete voices, delivering awareness campaigns, hosting community events and strengthening its network of volunteers and corporate partners.
Advancing Student-Athlete Opportunities
A major milestone during the year was the continued journey of Saviola Blake. After recording five goals and five assists at Allen Community College, Blake graduated with an Associate Degree in Sports Medicine and signed with Lander University, where he is continuing his student-athlete career at the NCAA Division II level.
AAI also celebrated three Vincentian student-athletes who began their collegiate journeys in Fall 2025: Brandon George in swimming, and Keo Davis and J’mar Saunders in track and field.
The organization also introduced its first Athlete Ambassador T-shirt, beginning with the Saviola Blake Edition. The initiative represents the start of a merchandise platform designed to promote student-athletes while generating additional support for their development.
Giving Athletes a Voice
AAI hosted two Athlete Forums, creating spaces for athletes, administrators and professionals to discuss issues affecting athletes and the wider development of sport.
Across the forums, eight guest panelists contributed to discussions spanning athlete development, leadership, financial literacy, identity, mental wellness and opportunities beyond competition.
The year also included a symbolic moment for the organization when Jamaican sprint legend Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce signed an AAI T-shirt, connecting one of the Caribbean’s most accomplished athletes with AAI’s growing movement.
Increasing Athlete Visibility
Athlete recognition remained central to AAI’s work. The organization delivered three awareness campaigns, including Road to Greatness, Women’s History Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, using athlete stories to highlight collegiate pathways, women in sport and mental wellness.
Throughout the year, 12 athletes across multiple sporting disciplines were also recognized through AAI’s monthly Athlete Spotlight feature.
Building Community Through Action
AAI delivered six events during the year, ranging from athlete development forums to fundraising and community initiatives. These included the Empower Through Action Mixer, Champions of Change: Community Shield, Bring the Blessings Thanksgiving Service, two Athlete Forums and the AAI x Sweetie Pie Bake Sale.
AAI's inaugural fundraising raffle was supported by eight corporate partners, with approximately 1,500 tickets sold. Across the organization's activities, 47 volunteers contributed their time and skills to programme and event delivery.
These numbers represent an increasingly important part of AAI's model: building a network in which athletes, volunteers, businesses and communities each have a role in creating opportunities through sport.
Growing Beyond SVG
AAI's reach continued to expand internationally. During the reporting period, the organization's website recorded 3,892 visits from 87 countries and social media platforms reached over 200,00 accounts, demonstrating growing visibility beyond St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
This reach supports AAI's broader objective of connecting Vincentian athletes, programmes and sporting initiatives with opportunities, people and organizations throughout the region and internationally.
Three Years In, the Work Continues
AAI was established around a simple principle: meaningful change in sport requires action.
Over its first three years, that principle has developed into programmes supporting student-athletes, platforms amplifying athlete voices, community events, awareness initiatives, fundraising mechanisms and partnerships designed to address practical barriers facing athletes.
As AAI enters its fourth year, the organization will continue working to strengthen student-athlete pathways, expand sustainable funding, develop strategic partnerships and create opportunities that connect sport, education and community development.
The objective remains not simply to measure how much activity takes place, but how that action translates into opportunities for athletes and lasting improvements within the sporting community.
Action Brings Change.
